Grown Rogue acquires additional 26% stake in ABCO, raising ownership to 70%

Grown Rogue International Inc. completed the exercise of its second option to acquire an additional 26% ownership interest in its New Jersey subsidiary, ABCO Garden State LLC, increasing its total ownership to 70%. The transaction followed regulatory approval from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission received on September 16, 2026. Grown Rogue has assumed majority control of ABCO's board of directors as part of the acquisition. The company also provided an update on its planned Phase II canopy expansion in New Jersey, targeting substantial construction completion by the end of 2026 to reach approximately 16,000 square feet of flowering capacity. Grown Rogue International Inc. is a flower-forward cannabis company producing craft-quality flower and products for markets in Oregon, Michigan, and New Jersey.
