Garden Stage appoints two new independent directors to fill board vacancies

The Board of Garden Stage Limited accepted the resignations of independent directors Sheung Chi Steven Wu and Kevin Guan, effective September 22 and October 1, 2026, respectively. To fill these vacancies, the company appointed Ong Chor Wei Alan and Cheung Yick Hung Jackie as new independent directors. Mr. Alan was named Chair of the Audit Committee, while Mr. Cheung serves as Chair of the Nominating Committee. Each new director receives an annual cash compensation of $18,000 payable quarterly and has entered into indemnity agreements with the company.
