Global Ship Lease, Inc. has exercised options to construct two additional mid-size, ultra-high-reefer, wide-beam containerships for an aggregate contract price of approximately $163 million. The vessels are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2029, bringing the company's total newbuilding orderbook to 17 ships.
