Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC announced the appointment of Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers, succeeding Edward McGee, effective July 2, 2026. Ms. Masci will also serve as a member of the Board of Managers and Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of the registrant. Mr. McGee is stepping down for personal reasons and is leaving on good terms. Grayscale operates in the digital asset investment management industry.
