Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC announced that Edward McGee is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, and member of the Board of Managers effective July 2, 2026, for personal reasons. Kathryn Masci and Daniel Plourde have been appointed as interim Co-Chief Financial Officers of the sponsor, effective the same date. Additionally, Ms. Masci will serve as the registrant's Principal Financial and Accounting Officer and join the Board of Managers of Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC. The company stated McGee's departure is on good terms and not due to any disagreements regarding operations or policies. Grayscale Sui Staking ETF is an investment vehicle focused on digital asset staking.
