Goodyear names David E. Phillips as EVP and Chief Legal Officer with $850K salary

The Board of Directors elected David E. Phillips to the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Enterprise Transformation, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Phillips will receive an annual base salary of $850,000 and an updated annual target incentive of $850,000 under the Company’s Executive Annual Incentive Plan. The Human Capital and Compensation Committee is expected to approve a restricted stock unit grant with a fair value of $1,250,000 in February 2027. Goodyear manufactures tires and rubber products for vehicles.
