Guerrilla RF reported record third-quarter revenue of $10.1 million, a 61% increase year over year and 26% sequentially, driven by a 259% surge in Aerospace & Defense sales to $4.1 million. Gross margin expanded 416 basis points to 71.7%, and operating income rose to $2.4 million from an operating loss of $0.2 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $2.9 million, while net loss widened to $3.7 million due to a $6.0 million non-cash charge for warrant liability fair value changes. Product backlog grew to a record $16.2 million at quarter-end. The company develops and manufactures high-performance radio frequency and microwave semiconductors.
