Hafnia Limited issued 35,488,875 new ordinary shares to BW Group Limited and joint bookrunners to facilitate delivery-versus-payment settlement for a completed offering that raised gross proceeds of approximately USD 300 million. Following the issuance, total outstanding shares stand at 535,331,154. Hafnia is one of the world's leading tanker owners, transporting oil, oil products and chemicals.
