Ms. Wen brings over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and cross-border transactions, having previously served as General Counsel and Company Secretary of Kingsgate Consolidated Limited. She will enter into the company's standard indemnification agreement for directors and officers. The company is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) designed to effect a business combination.
