Host Digital Inc., formerly Healthy Choice Wellness Corp., completed a merger with Host Digital Infrastructure LLC on September 17, 2026, resulting in the legacy digital infrastructure business becoming the primary operation while grocery retail continues as a division. The company changed its name and ticker symbol to HOST on NYSE American.
