Hillman Solutions Corp. completed its acquisition of Kanebridge, LLC for approximately $315 million on August 28, 2026. The transaction was funded using cash on hand, borrowings under the existing revolving credit facility, and proceeds from a new $200 million senior secured term loan B priced at SOFR plus 200 basis points, maturing July 22, 2033. Kanebridge is a leading master distributor of industrial fasteners with over 44,000 SKUs, expanding Hillman's addressable market to approximately $3 billion and establishing its first U.S. master distribution platform in the industrial fastener sector. Hillman Solutions Corp. is a leading provider of hardware products serving retail, pro distribution, and industrial customers.
