Hamilton Lane appoints Hartley Rogers Co-CEO alongside Juan Delgado-Moreira

The Board of Directors appointed Hartley R. Rogers as Co-Chief Executive Officer to serve alongside Juan Delgado-Moreira, effective October 12, 2026. Rogers will continue serving as Chairman of the Board but will step down from his role as Executive Co-Chairman. Erik R. Hirsch transitioned from Co-CEO to Executive Co-Chairman, a position focused on leading strategic initiatives for long-term growth while remaining on the Board. The company did not enter into new compensatory arrangements with Rogers. However, the Board approved changes to Hirsch’s compensation, including accelerated vesting of certain awards upon termination without cause or resignation for good reason, and a new cash incentive award tied to future strategic technology investments.
