Honda extends joint venture with GAC Group through 2038 after 11 million cumulative sales

(GAC Group) signed an agreement to extend the term of their joint venture, GAC Honda Automobile Co., Ltd., through 2038. GAC Honda, established in 1998, has cumulative sales exceeding 11 million units. The company expects no material impact on consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
