HNI Corporation reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 results with GAAP net income of $90.0 million, or $1.23 per diluted share, and non-GAAP net income of $118.7 million, or $1.62 per diluted share. Consolidated net sales reached $1.59 billion, a 133% increase driven by the December 2025 acquisition of Steelcase; organic sales grew 5.6%. Workplace Furnishings segment orders rose 6%, while Residential Building Products orders increased 4%. The company raised its full-year non-GAAP diluted EPS growth expectation to 20-25% and highlighted at least $130 million in expected mature Steelcase synergies.
