Terrestrial Energy Inc. appointed Kathryn McCarthy to its Board of Directors, effective July 22, 2026. McCarthy brings extensive nuclear industry experience, including leadership roles at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, and Idaho National Laboratory. The company also announced it will report second quarter 2026 earnings before the market opens on August 11, 2026, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Terrestrial Energy is a developer of Generation IV small modular nuclear power plants using its Integral Molten Salt Reactor (IMSR) technology.
