Hope Bancorp reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $35.6 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, an 8% increase from the prior quarter and a 16% rise year-over-year. The bank also announced that its Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share, payable on or about November 20, 2026, to stockholders of record as of November 7, 2026. Additionally, the company completed the acquisition of the Commercial Banking Unit of SMBC MANUBANK on October 1, 2026, adding approximately $2.0 billion in loans and $2.6 billion in deposits to its balance sheet. Hope Bancorp is a regional bank holding company serving multicultural customers across the United States and Hawaii.
