Hewlett Packard Enterprise closed the sale of a 13.8% stake in H3C Technologies Co., Limited to several Chinese entities for approximately $986.8 million. The company expects to complete the sale of its remaining 5.2% stake in H3C to UNIS for approximately $370.4 million during the first half of 2026.
