Heron Therapeutics signs multi-product license deal with Long Grove and Capstone for US rights

On September 23, 2026, Heron Therapeutics entered into a multi-product Development and License Agreement with Long Grove Pharmaceuticals and Capstone Development Services. The deal grants Heron an exclusive license to import, distribute, sell, and market certain products in the United States, along with non-exclusive manufacturing rights worldwide for that territory. Heron is obligated to make regulatory milestone payments, sales-based milestones, royalty payments, and reimburse expenses. The agreement has a 10-year initial term following first commercial sale, with automatic two-year renewals. This strategic partnership expands Heron's product portfolio in the pharmaceutical industry.
