HSBC Holdings plc issued US$1,750,000,000 of 5.819% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2032 and US$2,500,000,000 of 6.262% Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Senior Unsecured Notes due 2037. The notes were issued pursuant to an indenture dated August 26, 2009, as amended by a supplemental indenture dated November 3, 2026.
