Himalaya Shipping Ltd. has entered into new time charter agreements for two vessels with an existing charterer, effective November 3, 2026. The contracts run until October 1, 2027, followed by a three-year evergreen structure, superseding expiring agreements from December 31, 2026. Rates are index-linked to the Baltic 5TC with significant premiums. Himalaya Shipping Ltd. is an independent bulk carrier company operating twelve vessels.
