Emmanuel Caprais appointed CFO effective Nov. 4; Ronald South transitions to Senior Advisor

Caprais joins from ITT Inc., where he served as CFO until May 2026. Outgoing CFO Ronald N. South will transition to a Senior Advisor role on the same date after nearly two decades with the company. The Board approved the appointment and outlined Caprais's compensation, including a $750,000 base salary, a $750,000 target bonus, and equity awards valued at approximately $2.75 million. Henry Schein operates as a global distributor of products, services, and technology platforms for healthcare customers.
