The Board of Directors appointed Charles F. Bowman as a director of HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc., effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Bowman will serve in the class of directors whose terms expire in calendar year 2028 and was also appointed as a director of HomeTrust Bank. He previously served as an advisory director since July 2026 and brings extensive banking knowledge from his tenure at Bank of America, where he retired as President for North Carolina in 2022 after 26 years. Mr. Bowman will receive standard non-employee director compensation. HomeTrust Bancshares is the holding company for HomeTrust Bank, a regional community bank operating over 30 locations across five states with $4.4 billion in total assets.
