H2O America reports Q3 diluted EPS of $0.99, declares $0.44 quarterly dividend

H2O America reported third-quarter 2026 GAAP net income of $43.0 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.99, down from $1.27 in the prior year period. Adjusted diluted EPS was $1.04, compared to $1.27 a year ago. Operating revenue increased 4% to $250.2 million, driven by rate increases that partially offset lower customer consumption. The company also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share, payable on December 1, 2026, to shareholders of record as of November 9, 2026. H2O America operates as an investor-owned water and wastewater utility provider across California, Connecticut, Maine, and Texas.
