Hub Cyber files for court-supervised QPoint sale to repay secured debt

Hub Cyber Security has filed an application with the Israeli District Court, consented to by the company and purchasers Martens Computer Consultants Ltd. and Malam Training Ltd., to enforce a pledge on the shares of its QPoint Group subsidiaries. This legal step is required to facilitate the completion of the previously announced sale of these assets, which received approval from the Israeli Competition Authority on October 14, 2026. Proceeds will repay substantially all debt owed to a senior secured creditor, though amounts are insufficient for full repayment. A hearing is scheduled for November 1, 2026.
