Hub Group pays former CFO Kevin Beth $137K severance plus advisory fees after departure

Hub Group, Inc. entered into a separation agreement with former CFO Kevin Beth following his departure on May 27, 2026. Under the agreement, Mr. Beth will provide advisory transition services for six months at a monthly rate of $45,688 plus COBRA benefits, and will receive a lump sum severance package including three months of base salary and pro-rata vesting of unvested restricted stock awards upon completion of the transition period. Hub Group, Inc. is a provider of intermodal transportation and logistics services.
