MindWalk signs multi-year agreement with Teva Australia for ReefIQ antibody-discovery deployment

MindWalk Holdings Corp. announced a multi-year agreement with Teva Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd to deploy its ReefIQ biological context layer and LensAI analytical capabilities in support of a defined scope of antibody-discovery work. Under the arrangement, Teva will utilize MindWalk's AI tools to accelerate antibody design optimization based on generated predictions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company described the deal as a recurring-revenue platform relationship rather than a fee-for-service project or conventional software subscription. MindWalk is currently in active discussions with additional life sciences organizations regarding similar ReefIQ deployments. MindWalk Holdings Corp. operates in the biotechnology and artificial intelligence sector, building BioIntelligence infrastructure that integrates AI, data, and advanced wet lab capabilities into a connected discovery ecosystem.
