Hyperion DeFi, Inc. entered into new employment agreements with CEO/CIO Hyunsu Jung, CFO David Knox, and General Counsel Robert Rubenstein, effective July 7, 2026. The agreements include provisions for severance, target bonus payments in the event of a change in control, and accelerated equity vesting during a change in control.
