Appoints Donald E. Bender as Interim CEO; Garrett Galloway returns to Senior VP role

The Board appointed Donald E. Bender, currently Vice President of Technology & Engineering, as Interim Chief Executive Officer effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Bender receives an annualized cash compensation of $100,000 for this role in addition to his existing salary. James Garrett Galloway ceases serving as Interim CEO and returns to his position as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where he will focus on project partnerships and commercial agreements. The Board stated the transition aligns leadership with the company's current stage of pursuing global project opportunities requiring technical diligence.
