InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income, Inc.'s Board of Directors authorized a cash distribution for each class of its common stock in the amount of $0.026 per share. The net distributions, adjusted for applicable stockholder servicing fees for certain classes such as Class D and Class T, are payable to stockholders of record as of October 31, 2026, with payments expected on or about November 18, 2026. This distribution is paid in cash.
