ICU Medical reported third-quarter GAAP revenue of $560.4 million, up from $537.0 million in the prior year period. GAAP net income was $26.8 million, or $1.07 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $(3.4) million, or $(0.14) per diluted share, in the same quarter last year. Adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $2.44, up from $2.03, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $113.9 million from $105.9 million. The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting results at the high end of the range. ICU Medical develops, manufactures and sells innovative medical products including infusion systems and critical care devices.
