International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. announced that Vincent Intrieri and Margarita Palá́u-Hernández stepped down from its board of directors on October 20, 2025. Pursuant to a cooperation agreement with the Icahn Group, Brett Icahn and Dr. Richard Mulligan have been appointed to the board to replace them.
