International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. has appointed Marc Birenkrant as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective August 10, 2025. Birenkrant succeeds Beril Yildiz, who will remain in her current role through December 31, 2025, to facilitate a transition.
