On June 9, 2026, the Board of Trustees increased its size from seven to eight members and elected Elena B. Poptodorova as an Independent Trustee. Ms. Poptodorova will serve on the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees with a term expiring at the 2027 annual meeting. Additionally, at the annual meeting held the same day, shareholders elected seven Trustees, ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent auditors for fiscal 2026, and approved executive compensation via a non-binding advisory vote. Shareholders also voted to maintain an annual frequency for the executive compensation advisory vote.
