ImageneBio, Inc. appointed Yanina Grant-Huerta as Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer, effective July 20, 2026. Grant-Huerta, formerly of Atara Biotherapeutics and Amgen Inc., will receive an annual base salary of $450,000, a 40% target annual bonus, 65,000 restricted stock units, and 95,000 stock options. Additionally, Chief Medical Officer Benjamin Porter-Brown will transition to a consulting role effective July 24, 2026. ImageneBio, Inc. is a biotechnology company.
