Immix Biopharma reports 89% complete response rate in Phase 2 NEXICART-2 trial for NXC-201

Immix Biopharma announced positive interim results from its Phase 2 NEXICART-2 clinical trial for NXC-201, a CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory AL Amyloidosis. The data showed an 89% (40/45) complete response rate across all enrolled patients and a 100% response or minimum residual disease negativity rate among the 25 new patients. No neurotoxicity or enterocolitis was observed, with final readout and Biologics License Application submission planned for mid-2027.
