The Board of Directors appointed Katherine Collins to the Audit and Finance Committee and Governance Committee, and Lori J. Ryerkerk to the Management Development and Compensation Committee and Safety, Sustainability and Technology Committee, effective October 8, 2026. These appointments follow their initial selection as independent directors on October 1, 2026. Concurrently, Directors Ahmet C. Dorduncu and Kathryn D. Sullivan will retire from board service on December 31, 2026, serving in a non-voting capacity during the transition period to support an orderly handover of committee responsibilities.
