Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. appointed Michael H. Carrel to its Board of Directors, effective July 20, 2026. Mr. Carrel will serve as a Class III director with a term expiring at the 2027 Annual Meeting and will join the Organization and Compensation Committee and the Quality, Product Supply and Technology Committee. Previously, Mr. Carrel served as President and CEO of AtriCure, Inc. and held leadership roles at Vital Images, Inc. and Zamba Corporation. His compensation includes an annual cash retainer of $55,000 for board service, additional retainers for committee service, and an initial $300,000 restricted stock unit award vesting over three years.
