Intapp, Inc. entered into a $150.0 million five-year, senior secured revolving credit facility with UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as administrative agent. The facility includes a $10.0 million subfacility for letters of credit and allows for additional revolving credit commitments up to $75.0 million. The company terminated its prior credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. concurrently with the new agreement. Intapp, Inc. is a provider of software solutions for professional services firms.
