Intel Corporation announced that Board Chair Frank Yeary will retire following the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and will not stand for reelection. Dr. Craig H. Barratt has been named as the successor Chair, and the company will reduce its Board size from twelve to eleven directors.
