Intrusion Inc. entered into a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of OW Cyber LLC in two stages. The first closing on June 29, 2026, involved a $1,950,000 purchase price for 60% interest, consisting of a $200,000 credit, $160,000 cash, and $1,590,000 in common stock at $0.67 per share. The remaining 40% is scheduled for a second closing by August 30, 2026, for $1,300,000 cash.
