Professional Diversity Network commits $1.177M for NVIDIA B300 GPU systems via lease and loan

PDN Intelligence entered into an Equipment Lease Agreement with Goodwill Labs, a Tri-Party Compute Services Collaboration Agreement with Goodwill and HashForest Technology, and a Secured Term Loan to finance the acquisition of two NVIDIA B300 eight-GPU systems. The total initial capital commitment is approximately $1.177 million. PDN Intelligence will lease one system acquired from AMAX Engineering for $588,582 and lend Goodwill $588,849 to acquire a second system. The lease has a 60-month term with annual rent equal to 20% of the acquisition cost, while profit sharing is allocated 75% to PDN Intelligence. Professional Diversity Network operates businesses across workforce solutions, remote talent and artificial intelligence.
