IPHYFInnate Pharma SA

AstraZeneca has updated the expected timing for the high-level data readout of the PACIFIC-9 Phase 3 trial to the first half of 2027, shifting from the previously anticipated second half of 2026. The revised schedule reflects the event-driven nature of the study, which is currently complete in enrollment. The trial evaluates durvalumab combined with monalizumab or oleclumab in patients with unresectable Stage III non-small cell lung cancer who have not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiation therapy. Monalizumab is an anti-NKG2A antibody developed by Innate Pharma, for which AstraZeneca holds full oncology rights under a co-development agreement initiated in 2015 and finalized in October 2018. Innate Pharma S.A. is a global clinical-stage biotechnology company developing immunotherapies for cancer patients.
