At the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Century Therapeutics, Inc. stockholders approved an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 300,000,000 to 450,000,000. Alessandro Riva, M.D. and Han Lee, Ph.D., M.B.A. were elected to the Board of Directors.
