Investors Title Company reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $9.4 million, or $4.97 per diluted share, down from $12.2 million, or $6.45 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Revenues increased 12.1% to $81.9 million, driven by growth in title insurance premiums and related fees, which rose 21.2%. However, net investment losses of $1.7 million offset some gains, compared with net investment gains of $2.1 million a year earlier. Operating expenses increased 21.7% to $70.5 million due to higher agent commissions, claims provisions, and personnel costs. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, net income rose 8.9% to $30.1 million, or $15.91 per diluted share. Investors Title Company issues title insurance policies and provides investment management and like-kind exchange services.
