Itaú Unibanco appoints Juliana Mozachi Sandri as Officer, removes Vinicius Santana

The Board of Directors elected Juliana Mozachi Sandri to the position of Officer for the current annual term. The election is subject to ratification by the Central Bank of Brazil. Simultaneously, the board recorded the removal of Officer Vinicius Santana, effective immediately. Other positions on the Board of Officers remain unchanged. The board also approved an updated Internal Charter governing the composition and duties of the Board of Officers and its Executive Committee.
