Inventiva raises $110.8M via ADS offering to repay loans and fund new €150M credit facility

Inventiva S.A. has entered into a comprehensive refinancing transaction involving an offering of 27,272,727 ADSs at $4.40 per ADS, which is expected to generate net proceeds of approximately $110.8 million (€95.2 million). The transaction also includes the repayment of an existing €63 million EIB loan and a €50 million warrant repurchase, as well as a new debt financing facility of up to €130 million with an additional uncommitted €20 million tranche.
