Inventiva S.A. appointed Chris Benecchi as Chief Operating Officer on August 31, 2026. Mr. Benecchi will lead operational readiness ahead of the expected Q4 2026 topline results from the pivotal NATiV3 Phase 3 trial for lanifibranor and prepare for a potential U.S. launch in 2028, subject to regulatory approval. He brings 30 years of biopharmaceutical leadership experience, previously serving as CEO of Motric Bio and holding senior roles at Sage Therapeutics, UCB, Alexion, Acorda Therapeutics, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Johnson & Johnson. Inventiva S.A. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing oral therapies for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH).
