Invech Holdings, Inc. announced a change in control effective August 3, 2026, following the sale of 88 million shares of Common Stock and 300,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock by majority shareholder Alexander M. Woods-Leo to Stephen Ken Adair for $290,000. The transaction transferred approximately 75.9% of outstanding Common Stock and 100% of the voting power associated with the Series A Preferred Stock to Adair. This divestiture may impact the company's status as a shell company under SEC rules. The company operates in the investment holding sector.
