InvenTrust Properties appoints Robert A. Garechana to Board and Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of InvenTrust Properties Corp. increased its size from eight to nine members and appointed Robert A. Garechana as a new independent director effective November 4, 2026. Mr. Garechana will also serve on the Audit Committee. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sun Communities, Inc., bringing extensive experience in real estate finance, investment, and public-company leadership to the Board.
