Jade Biosciences, Inc. entered into a JADE301 License Agreement with Paragon Therapeutics, Inc. on June 29, 2026, granting them an exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to exploit monospecific antibodies targeting an undisclosed target in all therapeutic areas. The agreement includes milestone payments totaling up to $22.0 million, milestone payments of $1.5 million (already paid) and $2.5 million upon first human dosing in Phase 1, and sublicensing fees of up to $20.1 million.
